5 minutes 🍌 BANANA BREAD MUG CAKE SINGLE SERVE Recipe: ( V+ GF)⁣
Serves – 1⁣
⁣
Ingredients⁣
⁣
2 tbsp oat flour – plain oats ground into a flour in the food processor. Use gluten-free oats if allergic/intolerant to gluten⁣
2 tbsp ground almonds⁣
1/4 tsp baking powder⁣
Pinch of salt ⁣
1/4 tsp cinnamon⁣
1/2 banana, mashed⁣
1 tbsp peanut butter @depindakaaswinkel ⁣
1 tbsp maple syrup⁣
1 tbsp dark chocolate chips @santabarbarachocolate ⁣
⁣
Method⁣
Mix the oat flour, ground almonds, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Add the mashed banana, maple syrup and almond butter. Mix to combine.⁣
Transfer to a lightly oiled mug or ramekin, then sprinkle the chocolate chips on top. Cook in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Alternatively you can bake in a 180C (357 F) preheated oven for 15 minutes. ⁣

Recipe for this PINK OCTOBER NICE CREAM :⁣
𝐁𝐑𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓 𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐊⁣
- 1/2 cup oats milk ⁣
- 3 frozen bananas ( ripe ,peeler &sliced)⁣
- 1 tsp @unicornsuperfoods pink Pitaya powder ⁣

𝐃𝐀𝐑𝐊 𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐊⁣
- 2 frozen bananas ⁣
- 2 packets frozen pink Pitaya ⁣

Instructions;⁣
Following the tutorial add first the bright pink ingredients blend till creamy and smooth , pour in your 2/3 of the smoothie you made into @coconutbowls ! I used YIN YANG BOHO BOWL , then store in the freezer while you blend the DARK PINK.⁣

Now add to the remaining bright pink the other bananas and Pitaya and blend you’ll get a darker color . Pour it on the empty half of the bowl so you’ll get two colors smoothie bowl. Topped with vegan heart shape sprinkles and sparkling pink sugar , coquitos and edible flowers 🌸🌼⁣

1/2 cup Cocoa Powder ⁣

You can add any 2-3 Tbsp liquid sweetener of choice if you use unsweetened cocoa powder to avoid having a bitter result.⁣

Mix all ingredients together roll into the cocoa powder and eat immediately or store in the fridge & eat later !⁣

I grew up on this flavor and really thought why not to add it with some frozen watermelon and strawberries 💁🏼‍♀️ DO YOU ADD ROSE WATER TO YOUR FOODS too ?

𝐑𝐎𝐒𝐄 𝐖𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐖𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐌𝐄𝐋𝐎𝐍 𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐁𝐄𝐓 🌹 🍉RECIPE:
• 1 cup ROSE WATER
• 1 cup frozen watermelon 🍉
• 1 cup frozen strawberries or any berries you want
• squeeze of lime or lemon 🍋

Method :
Add to your blender the ingredients ( first liquid then frozen fruits) & start blending. Since I have @vitamix I use the tamper to help me pushing the frozen fruit towards the blades and the result is absolutely soft refreshing 𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐁𝐄𝐓 👌🏻 served in my @coconutbowls cups & @bamboostraws ✨
