Granola is a breakfast and snack food consisting of rolled oats, nuts, a sweetener such as brown sugar, agave, honey, maple syrup , and sometimes puffed rice, that is usually baked until it is crisp, toasted and golden brown. During the baking process, the mixture is stirred to maintain a loose breakfast cereal consistency.
IS GRANOLA VEGAN?
Yes! You can use plant based ingredients to make it 100% vegan and dairy free.
DOES GRANOLA CONSIST ANY GLUTEN?
It depends on the ingredients you use. To make the granola gluten free, use ingredients that are certificated free of gluten , use gluten free rolled oats .

What the ingredients I need to make Gordon Ramsay's Vegan Copycat Granola?
Making granola is super easy to make. You’ll only need one bowl and some basic pantry ingredients. Ready to make some?
- Sweeter : I used Vegan Honey .
- Fresh vanilla pod.
- Rolled oats.
- Puffed rice
- natural almonds
- pumpkin seeds
- sunflower seeds
- pecan (optional)
- linseed
- raisins
- cranberries
- salt
Can I use Maple Syrup instead of Vegan honey?
If you don't have vegan honey you can use agave syrup, or maple syrup. Or you can make your own vegan honey
easily.
Can I use Vanilla extract instead of fresh vanilla pod?
Using fresh vanilla pod makes all the difference in this recipe, however, I know it could be expensive purchasing vanilla pod, so feel free to use vanilla extract or vanilla powder instead.
Can I use additional ingredients or change the basic ingredients?
You can customise your granola based on what you like, however, you should keep in mind that the vegan honey or any sticky liquid sweetener cause it has a vey important roll in making a successful granola recipe.
How long does it take to prepare Granola at home?
it takes only 10 minutes to prepare the granola, and another 20-30 minutes baking in oven. They are ready when they are toasted and golden brown.

How to make Gordon Ramsay Vegan Granola?
- Turn on the oven and preheat at 375°F/ 190°C
- In a small pot add the vegan honey and the scrapped vanilla pod, on a stove-top let it boil and turn off.
- In a large mixing bowl add the oats, puffed rice, nuts and seeds together.
- Pour the hot vegan honey over oats mixture and mix well.
- Place in a shallow baking tray and smooth out into a thin layer. Sprinkle pinch of salt over
- Bake for 25-30 mins at 375F/190C, stirring occasionally to ensure it doesn't burn.
- Remove from oven, and stir in dried fruit.
- Scoop into an airtight jar and store.

- 1 Cup (200 g ) vegan honey swap with maple syrup or agave syrup
- 1 fresh vanilla pod
- 3¾ Cups (300 g ) rolled oats swap with GF
- 1 Cup (90 g ) puffed rice
- handful (100 g ) natural almonds
- ⅓ Cup (75 g)pumpkin seeds
- ⅓ Cup (75 g) sunflower seeds
- ⅓ Cup (75 g) pecan (optional)
- ¼ Cup (50 g )linseed swap with flaxseed
- ¼ Cup (50 g)raisins
- ¼ Cup (50 g) cranberries dried
- Pinch of salt
