WHAT IS GRANITA?
Ganita is a semi-frozen dessert made from sugar, water and various flavorings. Originally from Sicily, it is available throughout Italy in varying forms. It is related to sorbet and Italian ice; however, in most of Sicily, it has a smoother, more crystalline texture.
FLAVOURS
The original granita is made from sugar water and lemon. However there are so many other refreshing flavours such as Watermelon, Strawberries, Peaches, Chocolate, Blackberries AKA Gelsi and Pistachios.

Ingredients
- 1 Cup (200 g) Blackberries Frozen
- ½ Cup (100ml) Plant based milk of choice
- 2 tablespoon (30 g) White sugar
Instructions
